This is an exhibition trying to think about spaces and activities which have been understood, at one time or another, as a rural sublime. This category - of idealism, of utopianism - may now be meaningless. In thinking what this condition might stand for, the pastoral comes to us in its myriad meanings: of the idyll, of care, of gathering and dispersal.
