It has been said that events of one’s life are destined to be endlessly reenacted in an attempt to resolve primal contradictions that nevertheless remain embedded in the unconscious. Repetition of the wish-fulfillment brings a host of material forward — yearnings and demands shaped across the years and formulated by the spirit. It’s not something that one readily forgets — nor is one entirely able to. These urges are so deeply saturated within each of us.
